Case study of a 1960's motel being converted to permanent supportive housing from purchase to occupancy in 12 months. Participants will see how LIFT used the motel to provide an emergency winter modeling opportunity to individuals living in encampments, while planning for conversion to studio apartments. The development team will share how funding was obtained and how community partners stepped-up to support the project.
